By downloading, installing, or using Instalog, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Instalog is a mobile application designed to help users track time, organize tasks into buckets, and monitor activities. The app stores all data locally on your device and optionally syncs across your devices via iCloud.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the data you enter into the app. Instalog is a tool to assist with time tracking and activity logging and should not be used as your sole method of record-keeping for professional or legal purposes.
You are responsible for backing up your data. While we use secure local storage (MMKV/App Groups) and offer optional iCloud sync, we are not responsible for any data loss.
Instalog stores logs, buckets, and settings locally on your device. To operate and improve the service, we may collect limited technical data such as crash reports, performance diagnostics, and feature usage via service providers including Google Firebase and Sentry. If you enable iCloud sync, data is synced through Apple's iCloud services and is subject to Apple's privacy policy.
Codewerx does not sell personal data.

Instalog offers optional premium features through a subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.
Instalog and all associated branding, designs, and content are the property of Instalog and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.
Instalog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on data in the app, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The app is intended for personal use and informational purposes and should not replace professional time tracking or project management systems where accuracy is legally required.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or us.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
