MochiFit

Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 23, 2026

Summary

  • No account is required to use Mochi.
  • Core fitness and nutrition data you enter (workouts, sets, reps, weight, calories, macros, streak state) is stored locally on your device.
  • We use Firebase Analytics for product analytics and Sentry for crash/error monitoring.

Data We Process

Data you provide in-app

When you use Mochi, you may enter the following data:

  • Workout logs, sessions, templates, and exercise history
  • Nutrition entries and goals
  • Onboarding preferences and app settings

This data is stored on-device in local app storage.

Diagnostics and analytics data

To operate and improve Mochi, we also process limited telemetry through service providers:

  • Firebase Analytics: App usage events (for example screen views, onboarding events, purchase/subscription events).
  • Sentry: Crash reports, error logs, device/app context, and sampled session replay data used to diagnose bugs.

Because Sentry is configured with sendDefaultPii: true, diagnostic events may include data such as IP address and device identifiers made available by the platform/SDK.

Why We Process Data

  • App functionality: Logging workouts and nutrition and tracking streaks
  • Product improvement: Analyze feature usage and improve product quality
  • Reliability: Detect, investigate, and fix crashes and reliability issues

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Payment Processing: Subscription payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not have access to your payment card details.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government regulation.

Codewerx does not sell personal data.

We do not share your workout data, nutrition logs, or fitness information with advertisers or marketing companies.

Data Retention

  • Local app data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.
  • Telemetry retained by third-party processors follows each provider's retention settings and policies.

Your Choices

  • You can delete local app data from within the app settings (where available) or by uninstalling the app.
