By downloading, installing, or using TextHerBro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
TextHerBro is a mobile application that helps you stay consistent in your relationships by tracking interactions, logging notes, and providing activity reminders. All relationship data you enter is stored locally on your device. No account is required.
TextHerBro is a personal productivity and tracking tool. It does not provide relationship counseling, therapy, or professional advice. Any suggestions or prompts within the app are for informational and motivational purposes only. Codewerx is not responsible for any outcomes related to your personal relationships.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. You agree to use TextHerBro only for lawful purposes. Because all data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for your own backups. Uninstalling the app will remove all locally stored data.
Relationship content such as partner info, notes, activity logs, and scores is stored locally on your device. We process limited telemetry through Firebase Analytics and Sentry to operate and improve the app. Subscriptions are managed via RevenueCat.
Codewerx does not sell personal data.

TextHerBro offers optional premium features through a subscription managed via RevenueCat and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms and conditions.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's or Google's refund policy.
TextHerBro and all associated branding, designs, and content are the property of Codewerx LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.
TextHerBro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any personal, social, or other outcomes arising from use of the app. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use TextHerBro.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users or us.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
