By downloading, installing, or using Mochi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Mochi is a fitness tracking mobile application that helps you log workouts, track nutrition, manage streaks, and monitor your fitness progress. No account is required. All workout and nutrition data you enter is stored locally on your device.
Mochi is designed for general fitness tracking and informational purposes only. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. Do not rely on Mochi as a substitute for professional medical guidance.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. You agree to use Mochi only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms.
Because all data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. Uninstalling the app will remove all locally stored data.
Workout logs, nutrition entries, and app settings are stored on-device in local app storage. To operate and improve Mochi, we process limited telemetry through Firebase Analytics and Sentry. Subscriptions are managed via RevenueCat.
Codewerx does not sell personal data.

Mochi offers optional premium features through a subscription managed via RevenueCat and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms and conditions.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's or Google's refund policy.
Mochi and all associated branding, designs, and content are the property of Codewerx LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.
Mochi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injury, health outcome, or damages arising from use of the app or reliance on fitness or nutrition data entered into it.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Mochi.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users or us.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
