No account is required. Mochi works entirely on-device. Your workouts, nutrition logs, and streak data are all stored locally on your phone.
Tap the "+" button on the workout screen to start a new session. Choose an exercise, then add your sets with reps and weight. Your session is saved automatically when you finish.
Your streak increments each day you complete at least one workout or log a nutrition entry, depending on your streak settings. Streaks are tracked locally and reset if you miss a day.
All data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app or switch devices, your data will not transfer automatically. We recommend using your device's system backup (iCloud or Google backup) to preserve your data.
Navigate to the Nutrition tab to log meals and set daily calorie and macro goals. You can add custom foods or search from the built-in food database.
Go to Settings and tap "Upgrade to Pro" to unlock advanced features. All subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play and can be canceled at any time from your device settings.
On iPhone: go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Mochi → Cancel Subscription. On Android: open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Mochi → Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
All locally stored data — workouts, nutrition logs, and settings — will be permanently removed when you uninstall Mochi. If your device backup is enabled, app data may be recoverable via your system restore.
